Position Summary
The Land Development Project Manager will assist in the oversight of Pahlisch Homes’ land development projects in the NW Oregon/SW Washington area. This position will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of all technical and financial activities on assigned projects.

Work Environment
This job operates 50/50 in either professional office environment and or in field; meeting with vendors and trades on site. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to drive a vehicle to meetings.
Physical Demands
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to frequently move/traverse about job sites and an office environment. This position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands). Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder. The person is required to communicate with trades, clients and other colleagues. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel is expected for this role.
